Automated shuttles are coming to Brussels Airport.

Belgian public transport operator De Lijn, in cooperation with Brussels Airport Company is working on introducing a fleet of automated shuttle buses that can provide reliable and safe, 24/7 transfer services for airport staff and passengers alike.

The All-India High Level Group gains new members!

The All-India HLG is delighted to welcome two new members, who will join the work in mapping out a joint vision and providing policy and business recommendations, as well as an Action Plan on removing existing barriers and facilitating bus and coach transport and taxis in India. The objective of the group is to substantially increase the use of collective passenger transport by 2030.

Amazon plans for “Mobile Pickup Locations” using public transit

The patent application for “Mobile Pickup Locations” was originally submitted in February of 2014, and made public recently by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The concept would turn buses alongside trains, subways and other vehicles into mobile pickup locations.

Electric future for London double deckers
