Smart Move’s objective in line with UN’s Sustainable Development Goals

Russian self-driving shuttle bus ready for testing in 2017

22 September 2016

NAMI, a Russian government-funded automotive research organisation, teamed up with Yandex - the company operating Russia’s largest search engine, Russian truck maker Kamaz and Daimler to build a driverless shuttle bus. The bus was already displayed at the Moscow International Automobile Salon and it is planned to have it tested on closed routes next year.

More electric buses for Luxembourg

Volvo has received an order for four Volvo 7900 Electric buses from public transport operator Sales-Lentz in Luxembourg. The buses will operate in the city of Differdange.

Solaris to supply 99 HVO buses to Oslo

Solaris, the biggest Polish bus manufacturer, has won two contracts with two public transport operators in Oslo to supply a total of 99 Urbino buses. Delivery is expected at the beginning of next year.
