World's largest bus can carry 300 passengers!

20 February 2012 - The world's largest bus is getting ready to roll out in both Beijing and Hangzhou, where the need for public transportation continues to grow along with its population. The Youngman JNP6250G measures in at over 25 metres long, 13 meters longer than average buses, and can carry up to 300 passengers! Although only able to attain a top speed of 50 mph, it will not necessarily make it a slower alternate form of transportation as plans are being made for the new Superliner to have its own lane in local highways.

Given that the current population of China sits comfortably at just over 1.3 billion people, it makes sense that the world's most populous country is seeking innovative solutions to bring millions of passengers to their intended destinations with the lowest impact on the environment.
