Buenos Aires Metrobus wins global recognition

The successful inner-city renewal initiative in Buenos Aires, Argentina has been awarded the International Transport Forum’s Transport Achievement Award. The Award will be presented to the Transport Authority of Buenos Aires on 1 June during the global summit of transport ministers in Leipzig, Germany.

 

Bus Operators in Germany and South Tyrol join forces for collective eco-bus purchase

This week, Wuppertal based WSW mobil GmbH has tendered the procurement of 63 fuel cell buses for operation in public transport. The joint procurement activity is part of the JIVE project, an EU funded project deploying 139 new zero emission fuel cell buses across nine cities.
